Please note the following Resort Rules:

Have fun; stay safe; be kind, fair and respectful of other guests; and respect our environment

The Season:

• The Season in 2021 begins April 15; weather and conditions permitting. Season ends October 15, 2021.

Safety

• No playing, swimming, consumption of alcohol or lounging in or around the Marina or boat launch areas.

• Fires are to be in designated fire pits only. Keep fires modest and well contained.

• No shooting firearms, pellet guns, air soft guns, arrows or sling shots on property

Be Kind, fair and respectful of other guests

• ONLY the named Occupant(s) and his/her dependents (spouse and children under the age of 19) are entitled to occupy the Site under this Agreement

• All guests are considered OVERNIGHT GUESTS. Occupant(s) must notify the Company and have approval for overnight guests. email: marniesbayresort@gmail.com or place a written note in the deposit box

• Overnight guests pay a nightly fee of $20.00 per person to the Company.

• Quiet time has been previously established by consensus of Occupants as 11pm - 8am. This must be honoured by all Occupants and their guests.

• Any improvements or construction on sites need to be approved by the Company in accordance with the Agreement.

• All boats must be kept within the designated slip area within the Marina. Please be respectful of the boats in adjacent slips.

• Use of the boat launch is for Occupant(s) who have a boat slip or who have paid for seasonal launching fees.

Respect and protect our environment

• Proper plumbing must be used to hook up to main sewer system.

• Occupant(s) are responsible for proper storage and disposal all garbage that they generate

• All dogs must be on a leash, contained while at their site, and owners must clean up after them

• Do not cut any trees on the property.

• No major repairs are to be done in the Marina. In situations where contamination of lake water is a possibility, the vessel must be removed from the lake for repairs.

• Vessels should be clean and not leaking any fuel or fluids into the lake. If any boats appear to pose an environment hazard, they will be pulled out immediately.

• No fueling of motorized vessels in the Marina. ONLY fuel at mooring dock beside boat launch and ONLY using the Company fuel delivery system.

• Fuel will be available between 10am and 11am on weekends and by reservation only. Please plan ahead.

  Deposits

• If a trailer is wintered at the Resort and the annual Site relinquished in the following year, the deposit will have forfeited as a winter storage fee.

  Payment: please make all payments by e-transfer to marniesbayresort@gmail.com. We are registered for autodeposit, so no password required. Please indicate what the payment is for when sending the e-transfer.
